Return and Refund Policy At Spiraldart Technologies
1. General Returns Situation 1: Incorrect or Faulty Items- If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Notify us within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. We do not provide cash refunds; exchanges or credit notes will be issued instead.
- If the item does not meet your expectations or if you ordered incorrectly, you may request an exchange or a credit note. Returns are only accepted for purchases made within the last 7 working days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The exchange or collection must be arranged within one month of purchase.
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
- For urgent exchanges, visit our office or arrange a pickup with a delivery fee of Ksh 300.
- Specially ordered items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.
- For machines under warranty, return them to the local service agent for repair or arrange onsite service if applicable.
- For machines that do not meet expectations or were ordered incorrectly, we will coordinate with manufacturers to find a solution. Returns and exchanges are subject to the policies of the local service agent and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Items found to be tampered with or used beyond normal operation upon return will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- Our sales and support teams are available to assist with product queries and order issues. Please verify order details before confirming.
- Refunds are issued as credit notes for future purchases, not as cash refunds. Credit notes will be applied to your next order.
