  1. General Returns Situation 1: Incorrect or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Notify us within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. We do not provide cash refunds; exchanges or credit notes will be issued instead.

  Situation 2: Dissatisfaction or Incorrect Order

  • If the item does not meet your expectations or if you ordered incorrectly, you may request an exchange or a credit note. Returns are only accepted for purchases made within the last 7 working days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The exchange or collection must be arranged within one month of purchase.
